Friendly, relaxed "Walk & Talk" for peri/menopausal women
Join me on a FREE monthly walk-and-talk for peri/menopausal women, meeting at Kingfisher carpark in Sudbury on a weekend morning. We walk for one hour at a gentle, conversational pace, so you can meet local women, share experiences and ask questions about all aspects of peri/menopause. The walks are hosted by me as your local nutritionist, and are designed to offer practical, evidence-based tips alongside open conversation. Please come in sensible footwear and with clothing for changeable weather.
See below for upcoming dates and to reserve your FREE space.

What happens on the walk
A friendly hour of walking and talking. The pace is easy and the focus is on peer support and practical information rather than formal therapy. Conversation topics often include nutrition, sleep, mood, symptom management and lifestyle ideas. You can listen, share as much or as little as you like, and take breaks whenever you need to.

Meeting point and timings
We meet at Kingfisher carpark in Sudbury on a weekend morning, usually around half past nine. Look for me near the Gainsborough Trail entrance. (Mid right in the image) There is parking at the Kingfisher carpark; please check local signs for charges or restrictions and allow a few extra minutes to find us.

What to bring and wear
Wear sensible walking shoes and layers to cope with changeable weather. Waterproof jacket and a hat are useful, and bring a refillable water bottle and any personal medication. If you prefer, carry a small snack. Comfortable clothing and sun protection are recommended in warmer months.

How to join and safety
Please reserve your free place in advance by contacting LRV8 via the website or social media. The walks are open to peri/menopausal women and are inclusive and non-judgemental. If you have health concerns, please let me know before the walk. The sessions are led by myself and I will share practical guidance but this should not replace personal medical advice. In the event of severe weather the walk may be rescheduled and booked participants will be notified.
